HISTORY OR CONCEPT OF BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT

Mr. Yigal Honah Heli traveled to Thailand in 2007 and with over 30 years of experience in construction and management from working in his home country, he initiated a real estate development business in Thailand.  His unique design creativity and perspective on real estate which focuses on customers and the community such as reasonably sized rooms for their price with practical daily use space, affordable pricing for everyone, and visuallyappealing buildings with unique identities for each structure, have led the company under his management to consistent success. This has elevated the company to become one of the leading real estate developers in Pattaya and Thailand.

The company was first registered on 28 June 2010 with a registered capital of 150,000,000 THB to operate and build credibility in the company’s operations. The company is committed to developing the capabilities of its personnel and delivering high-quality work. Additionally, it strives to present the best possible work with honesty and sincerity to support future growth. The company has made significant changes in its registered capital and development over the year as follows:

In 2005

Mr. Yigal Honah Heli has participated in a joint venture with Shining Light Business Co., Ltd. and proceeded with the construction of the City Garden Pattaya Project.

In 2010

Life in City Garden 163 Co., Ltd.  was established to manage the sale of condominium units in the City Garden Pattaya project until the project is closed.

The establishment of Global Tower Group Co., Ltd. to manage the construction and supervision of the Paradise Ocean View project until completion.

The establishment of Tropicana Living Co., Ltd. to support condominium units under the Thai proportion.

In 2013

The establishment of The Sunlight Residence 9 Co., Ltd. to support condominium units under the Thai proportion (Thai Company).

Commenced the City Garden Tropicana project using Tropicana Living Co., Ltd., established in 2010, to execute the project’s construction.

Commenced The Cloud project using Thong Co., Ltd., established in 2011, to execute the project’s construction by partnering with external investors.

In 2011

The establishment of Life in City Garden 169 Co., Ltd. to support condominium units under the Thai proportion (Thai Company).

The establishment of Thong Co., Ltd. to prepare for the launch of future projects.

In 2012

The management team had the idea to expand the business, therefore, it was resolved to establish Global Top Group Co., Ltd. for managing projects that will occur in the future. The intention is to set up the company as a central management company, a parent company, and as the main brand name of the company for managing all operations and future advertisements.

 

Initiated the new project named City Garden Pratumnak by establishing City Garden A Pratumnak Co., Ltd. and City Garden B Pratumnak Co., Ltd. to carry out the project’s construction.

In 2014

Initiated the Olympus City Garden project using Life in City Garden 163 Co., Ltd., established in 2010, to execute the project’s construction.

Commenced the City Garden Tower project using Life in City Garden 169 Co., Ltd., established in 2011, to carry out the construction of the project.

In 2016

The management resolved to change the name of Life in City Garden 169 Co., Ltd. to Top Living Co., Ltd.

In 2018

Established Marina Golden Bay Victoria Co., Ltd. to carry out the construction of the Marina Golden Bay, Victoria Building project.

Established Marina Golden Bay Elya Co., Ltd.  and Marina Golden Bay Geneva Co., Ltd.

In 2020

Acquired a hotel business in Koh Phangan under the name Vannee Golden Sand Hotel by Phanganburi Co., Ltd.

In 2022

The management agreed to plan for the group’s companies to enter the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

In 2023

The management resolved to change the management company and the main central name from Global Top Group Co., Ltd. to Life in City Garden 163 Co., Ltd. and use Life in City Garden 163 Co., Ltd. as the parent company to enter the stock market.

In 2024

The management resolved the change of the company name from Life in City Garden 163 Co., ltd. to Chaithanin Co., Ltd. to enter the stock market
